Last Fall, I placed a house on the market that had been renovated and
repainted, but had no furnishings. A potential buyer visited, but said the
house did not appeal to him. After three weeks on the market, I asked Julia
for advice and assistance. She responded by furnishing the house with
tasteful furniture and several wonderful pictures. The same potential buyer
visited once again and immediately made an offer on the house, and ended up
buying it. That sale and at least three others since then I attribute to a
great extent to Julia's intervention.
